General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the terms of purchase, ordering, payment, delivery, complaints, returns and protection of personal data on the web shop www.madam-monica.hr.
By using the web shop and placing an order, the customer confirms that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and that they accept them.

The web shop www.madam-monica.hr operates exclusively as an online store. Madam Monica d.o.o. does not have a physical retail location for customers, unless expressly stated otherwise on the website.
2. Products and Prices
The web shop www.madam-monica.hr offers products from the assortment of Madam Monica d.o.o.
Each product includes the product name, description, basic characteristics, available variations if applicable, price and other essential information required for making a purchase decision.
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs, if charged, are displayed separately before the order is completed. Before confirming the order, the customer is clearly shown the total amount payable, including the product price, taxes and any delivery costs.
3. Ordering
Purchasing through the web shop www.madam-monica.hr is possible by selecting products, adding them to the cart, entering the required delivery and payment details, and confirming the order.
Before completing the purchase, the customer is able to review the order, check the entered information and correct any errors.
The order is considered received after the customer confirms the purchase and receives an order confirmation by e-mail.
Madam Monica d.o.o. reserves the right to contact the customer to verify information, product availability or any additional details required for processing the order.
If the ordered product is not available, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may be offered a replacement product, a new delivery deadline or a refund of the paid amount.
4. Payment Methods
On the web shop www.madam-monica.hr, payment is possible by the following methods:
1. Bank transfer
The customer may make a payment by bank transfer according to the payment details provided during checkout or in the order confirmation received by e-mail. The order is processed after the payment has been recorded.
2. Card payment via the CorvusPay system
Card payments are processed through the secure CorvusPay system for online payments.
Cards and payment methods supported through the CorvusPay system are accepted, including:
Mastercard®, Maestro®, Visa, Diners, Discover, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
For card payments, transaction processing is carried out through the CorvusPay system. Madam Monica d.o.o. does not store and does not have access to the complete payment card details of customers.
5. Delivery
Delivery of ordered products is carried out by the delivery service GLS.
The delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, unless otherwise stated for a specific product or order.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery information entered.
Delivery costs, if charged, are displayed to the customer before completing the purchase.
Madam Monica d.o.o. is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, inability to deliver to the specified address, circumstances related to the delivery service or other circumstances beyond the merchant’s control.
6. Complaints
The customer has the right to submit a complaint in the event of a product defect, incorrectly delivered product, damage or any other justified reason in accordance with applicable regulations.

The complaint should include:
order number,
customer’s full name,
description of the complaint,
photos of the product or damage, if applicable.
After receiving the complaint, Madam Monica d.o.o. will contact the customer as soon as possible with further instructions.
If the complaint is justified, the customer will be offered a product replacement, repair if applicable, refund or another solution in accordance with the law and agreement with the customer.
7. Right of Unilateral Contract Termination and Returns
The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia, except in cases where the right of termination is excluded by law.
To exercise the right of unilateral contract termination, the customer must notify Madam Monica d.o.o. by e-mail:

Product returns are possible if the product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, unless it is a justified complaint due to a product defect.
The customer bears the cost of returning the product, unless otherwise agreed or unless the return is the result of an error by the merchant.
The refund will be made after the returned product has been received and inspected, using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
8. Online Payment Security
When paying on our web shop, you are using CorvusPay – an advanced system for the secure acceptance of payment cards over the internet.
The CorvusPay system ensures the confidentiality of card and personal data from the moment it is entered into the CorvusPay payment form. Payment data is forwarded in encrypted form from the customer’s web browser to the bank that issued the card. Our store does not come into contact with the complete payment card details.
The form for entering payment details is secured by SSL encryption. CorvusPay operates in accordance with the security requirements of card brands and the PCI DSS Level 1 standard. When paying with cards included in the 3-D Secure program, the card-issuing bank may additionally confirm the customer’s identity using a token, password, mobile application or another authentication method.
CorvusPay considers all collected information confidential and uses it exclusively for the purposes for which it is intended. The security controls and operating procedures of the CorvusPay system are designed to protect customers’ card and personal data.
The CorvusPay document states that the store does not come into contact with the complete payment card details and that payment data is transmitted in encrypted form from the customer’s browser to the card-issuing bank.
9. Personal Data Protection
Madam Monica d.o.o. undertakes to protect customers’ personal data by collecting only the necessary and basic information required to fulfil its obligations toward customers, process orders, deliver products, process payments and communicate with customers.
Customers are informed about the manner in which collected data is used and are given a choice regarding the use of their data, including the possibility to decide whether they wish to receive marketing notifications.
All customer data is strictly protected and accessible only to persons who need such data to perform their work. Madam Monica d.o.o. and business partners involved in order processing are responsible for complying with privacy protection principles.
Personal data will not be used for purposes unrelated to order processing, delivery, payment, customer support or legal obligations, unless the customer gives separate consent for such use.
The provided document includes an example statement according to which the merchant collects only necessary data, informs customers about the use of their data and keeps the data accessible only to persons who need it to perform their work.
10. Card Security Programs
For additional security of online payments, card transactions may be protected by the following security programs:

Mastercard® Identity Check™
Diners Secure Purchase
When paying by card, the card-issuing bank may request additional confirmation of the customer’s identity using a token, password, mobile application or another security method.
Only the logos of supported cards and security programs are displayed on the web shop. According to the provided instructions, the logos of security programs must be placed on the page containing security information and on the payment page.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.
